Great spot
Great location to live in Durham - slightly further away from the medical campus to provide some needed separation but with easy access to the hospital and school via a Duke bus (comes every 12 minutes) and bike. Very pet friendly - tons of cute dogs around

Great amenities and management
love the management here. Very quick to response to any maintenance issues. I live on the bottom floor so I do hear a lot of footsteps/noises coming from upstairs. Great amenities. Super pet-friendly. Rent is a bit high.

It's good
Very well located, it is smaller than the other apartment buildings but comfortable.
They are very picky with noises, and using the outside area after 10pm. I believe that the area should be allowed to be used until AT LEAST 11pm during weekends.

Excellent
Great experience overall. Wish the stairwells were inside residence area, but for the most part, no complaints.

Nice apartment on 9th st
Management is very attentive and responds well to all our concerns. Parking and most amenities and included. Walking distance to everything on 9th street. Seems to be a decent value relative to other apartments in the area.

Love 810
I'm really enjoying life at 810 Ninth. The building has everything I need and is well-managed. I'll be renewing my lease.

Great apartment with fantastic location and amenities
I've loved living in 810 9th. The gym is amazing, maintenance fixes issues almost immediately, and there's a lot of study space and a coffee machine in the lobby. The only issues I've run into is the building doesn't have the thickest walls so you can hear your neighbors making noise and that we live next to the street where the garbage is picked up and despite asking the leasing office to do something about it, it still picks up trash at 5 AM or 6 AM every Monday.

Wonderful staff, safe environment, quiet community, great location, BUT windows leak and management claims they cannot fix the situation. This drives up the electricity bill in the winter and has damaged some of my wood furniture from rain. Walking distance from both Harris Teeter and Whole Foods. Multiple restaurants on the first floor with discounts for residents. Very pet friendly area with a dog park and dog washing room. Only complaint would be the leaking windows.

810 is amazing!
810 is truly perfect. It’s smaller than BMain, S9 or B9 but close to all the action. It’s quiet, clean, super livable, and management is amazing. I’ve had 2 minor maintenance issues that were both resolved within that day. My only recommendation is to live above the 2nd floor because cell service on that level is bad.

Good Complex but had one bad experience
Management is usually pretty receptive to the maintenance requests but we had a bad leak which they could not fix for a couple weeks. We requested that we move to another unit but they wanted to charge us a $500 fee. We had to argue for several days for them to finally waive our fee. However, they did not offer any help moving. This was a bad experience, but having said that, Olivia (the assistant manager) is great and
