New building, amazing views, full amenities
2116 is a great building that has everything you need (in unit washer/dryers, gym, business center, doorman). I have highly enjoyed living there and the location (being closer to campus) has been very convenient.

Cool location and amenities for Wharton students
New apartment since 2013. Amenities are great. Location is perfect. A LOT of wharton and penn students live here. A lot of study meetings are held at the building's fifth floor business center. Free printing! This is very convenient. One major drawback: the manager is very hard to work with. No one likes her.

Beautiful views
Great views from high floors. Nice apartments, Wish they had hardwood floors - if you have parties you WILL mess up the white carpets

Great building if you like living with your classmates !
Great building overall. A couple thoughts:
1)Heating bills can get high given the floor to ceiling windows and low insulation.
2) So many Wharton MBAs in the building makes it an amazing place to be!!

Luxury Dorm Living
2116 is on the high-side from a price perspective, but is a new building with great amenities and a great location. The full-length windows, decent gym, and grilling terrace make the building a nice place to live. A ton of Wharton students live there, which is both convenient for social events and cab-sharing, but also creates a bit of a "dorm" atmosphere where you will always run into someone you know.

2116 Chestnut Apartment
Positives: Apartment includes new appliances, lots of storage, dishwasher, washer/dryer, walkin closet (not in all layouts) and a great view toward center city. Building has good amenities - gym, conference room (with printing), grill, movie theater, etc. The location is a ~20 minute walk to UPenn campus, near Trader Joes, and a few blocks from Rittenhouse Square or the 30th Street train station.
Negatives: Electricity bill jumped up significantly last winter, to about 4x what I had been paying in the fall.

Great Location, Great Amenities
A little on the pricier side, but definitely worth it, especially if you have a dog.

Amazing High rise, between Wharton and CC.
Great value for money, studios and 1 bedrooms are a bit expensive, but the two bedroom is just great! The building is 2 years old and amenities are great!

Fitler Square Reviews
That being said I did notice that most students lived on the side of the school!
There are residents without housing in the neighborhood. They're good people and new residents should be respectful of them and their belongings.
