Great Option of Wharton Students
Great building. Many, many Wharton students, which creates a fun environment. One of the closer apartment options to campus; walk is 20-25 minutes. Management and staff are highly responsive, and the building is well-maintained. Only complaint is that the elevators break often. Dog run is really helpful for pet-owners.

2116 Chestnut
The apartment building is very social with other Wharton MBA students- almost like a dorm feel. The unit itself is nice and has an incredible view. The common spaces are also great for hosting groups. It has been a great place to live to get to know classmates, especially in my first few months, and a relatively easy commute to class and also to Rittenhouse square. However, the elevators are slow and unreliable. Additionally, Fetch, the required package delivery service, can be very inconvenient and sometimes is also unreliable- losing packages or they are occasionally delivered to the wrong locations in the building.

Great apartment, tons of Wharton students
The building is super nice-- modern appliances, big windows, great gym, etc. It is a little on the more expensive side. There are so many Wharton students in the building that it makes social life easy.

Nice building but $$$$ and management is terrible
Really nice apartment, building well taken care of, good amenities. it’s super expensive for what it is though and management is not on top of things (reception is not security, package delivery is abysmal).

Ideal for MBA housing
Apartment is great, there are mostly Penn students here. Management can be slow but maintenance is quick. I would recommend!

Pretty good
I’m happy with it. It is super convenient as a Wharton student and it’s nice enough for MBA life.

Solid building with lots of Wharton students.
New units with solid in-unit amenities and lots of natural light. Communal gym and social rooms are also nice and very clean. Lots of Wharton students in the building so there are always people to hang out with / get Ubers with. Easy walk / bike to campus. There are a lot of hidden charges the building is not fully transparent about when you sign, e.g. you have to pay for water, the package service, and bike storage in addition to the usual utilities on top of rent.

Fitler Square Reviews
That being said I did notice that most students lived on the side of the school!
There are residents without housing in the neighborhood. They're good people and new residents should be respectful of them and their belongings.
