Corner unites are great
Try to secure a corner unit. They have great windows, views and plenty of sunlight.

Affordable and decent living space
I liked the apartment for the price that I got it for. The management is fairly quick on resolving any issues that may bring up. My apartment was a corner unit and that let in a lot of light in the apartment. I was lucky to have a window in my bedroom and bathroom as well. Most units in the building don't have a window in the bedroom or bathroom. I had no issues on receiving any packages I ordered. The appliances are of decent quality as well. Its an electric stove unit and not a gas stove.

Good value if you're okay with less amenities
I like living in 2040 because I don't need a big rooftop, pool, etc. I was optimizing for a large bedroom and living area and some amenities. The gym isn't huge but has exactly what I need and there is a communal patio area. The living area and bedroom are larger than most of the other luxury buildings I've seen, especially for a 1br. I also got a deal that included 1 month free and $1K off, so my net rent was significantly lower than other buildings ($1600).

Good location and Wharton crowd
Very spacious apartment unit. Doesn't count as a luxury apartment but very clean and good amenities. Good location - close to coffee shop, Trader Joe's, wine store, trolley and bus station. There are also many Wharton students here so that it's easy to social around.
Only complaint is the front desk. They don't treat themselves as front desks so you can't rely on them to guide your friends upstairs. Some of them don't have a good attitude when you talk to them.

Great location and vibrant community
The building has a great Wharton community and the location is perfect. It is next to the trolley station, Trader Joe's, fine wine and good spirits and just a few blocks from the Rittenhouse square.
The apartment is very quiet, I cannot hear any of my neighbors, and the windows are huge providing great natural light. My apartment is a corner unit, so it is even better.
The gym has everything you need, though it is compact.
I give a 9 instead of 10 because the building doesn't have a closed common area for events during winter; it also doesn't have a pool for the summer.

Great overall experience
Excellent location - very close to Target, CVS, Trader Joe's, trolley stop one block away, bus stop right outside of building, easy walk to campus. Apartment itself is very spacious, huge living room, solid sized bedrooms with ample closet space. Building is safe, with front desk guard and key fob required to enter lobby and to take elevator. Decent common area roof space with couches and tables. Floor to ceiling windows are nice. Quick and helpful with maintenance requests. Gym is on the small side but has Pelotons and sufficient weights/treadmills/equipment. Plenty of people in the building have pets.
