Great apartment for a price
Riverloft provides loft-style apartments that are extremely spacious and comfortable to live in. The ceilings are very high and there is good natural light. The building also provides a study room, conference room, event room, and fitness center (basic machines, some free weights). The building is clean and kept in good condition, and there is a 24-hr concierge at the front. I have not had too many experiences with management other than the initial lease and move-in, which went smoothly. There is parking available (i think $150/mo), and a great feature is free guest parking (they have 4 spaces available to reserve), which is very convenient if you have anyone visiting. The building is generally quiet (though this may depend on your particular room location) and is home to many grad students (especially Wharton). The comforts of this building do come at a price, with rent and utilities averaging about $2400/mo for a 1-bedroom, so it is probably best suited to couples who can split the cost. The building is also pet-friendly.

Comfortable, Couple-Friendly Building
Riverloft is a great building for young couples, with spacious lofts that make living very comfortable. We love the location because it is equal distance between campus in one direction and Rittenhouse Square in the other direction! It is also a stone's throw from Wharton hangouts like The Armory and 2401 Walnut, along with being an 8 min walk from a Trader Joe's grocery store. The gym in the building is good for basic workouts, and there is also a Sweat Fitness next door if you are looking for a more robust workout space with more equipment. Overall, we are very happy and feel very safe here.

Great apartment!
Love the Riverloft! Great amenities, loft style units (high ceilings, spacious units), in a great location. Really close to the Schuylkill running trail which I love.

Great Apartment
Great size and high ceilings so it feels even bigger. The doormen are great, friendly, helpful, and keep people who don't live here downstairs until it's confirmed that they can come up. It gets annoying with food delivery because we have to go pick it up at the lobby, but it's a small price to pay for a feeling of safety. Great for couples but a bit pricey for singles.

Great for Wharton Students
We moved into the Riverlofts the Summer after my husband's 1st year of business school after a bad experience with our first apt/ mgmt company. Our apt is really conveniently located for school & work and management has been great. Building feels very safe, our apt is in a quiet corner of the building with large windows, lots of light and high ceilings and it is very pet friendly. The lofted set up is nice if one person stays up late to study and it's nice to have an extra half bathroom for the litterbox. The common areas and gym are nice. I think it's a little overpriced for the size and age of the units but overall we are very happy with our apartment.

Great for couples
We chose Riverloft mainly for the location -- my partner works in NYC and needed to be close to the Amtrak. It's an extra 5-10 minutes walk from the shopping/restaurants/gyms in the heart of Center City, but only a 20-minute walk to school -- and meeting in 2401 when it's freezing out is much less painful when you're right across the street.
We have a loft-style unit within the building, which is perfect for a couple (it'd be tough to block off a section for a roommate who wants their own bed, though!). Coming from NYC, the place is huge (1000 sqft!), and we love the high ceilings, great light from our south-facing windows, and generous bathrooms. There is a ton of storage space downstairs, although the upstairs closet could be bigger... The in-building gym is fairly basic, but good enough if you just want to run/elliptical/lift free weights.

Very Easy Living
We have enjoyed living at the Riverloft. The apartments are spacious and airy. Pet friendly. The 24 hour Rite Aid across the street is key. We rent a parking space so its easy to quickly get out of the city. The front desk and security people are very nice and I can say that we have great relationships with everyone. The only downside for us is that not a lot of families with small children live here.

Spacious rooms, great service, good location.
I have a one bedroom apartment, with an open plan kitchen. Our apartment is one of the few that doesn't have a mezzanine bedroom, but rather has a separate room (with a door). The entire apartment is very spacious, airy and bright. The bathroom is HUGE and the walk-in closet is a blessing. The gym in the apartment is basic but more than adequate. The best features of the apartment, outside the flat, is the conference room - a lot of Wharton meetings are held here. The front desk folks are very very nice and really helpful. They look out for the apartment residents and their friends. The only thing that is missing is a swimming pool.
Review about the location, will depend on the person. Its close to the university, and the student space at 2401 Walnut

Riverloft
Riverloft is very nice. The staff is friendly. The only issues are that my doors keep breaking and there have been 3 fire alarm drills in the past 5 months.

Fitler Square Reviews
That being said I did notice that most students lived on the side of the school!
There are residents without housing in the neighborhood. They're good people and new residents should be respectful of them and their belongings.
