Great if you don't mind paying a bit extra
Aside from price (which I find extremely expensive) this place is great! Another thing to consider is living closer to school, but a little far from Rittenhouse Square (23rd)

Excellent apartment, but check your unit before moving in
Staff is terrific, so overall I've been satisfied. If you can, I'd recommend visiting your unit. I've seen some very nice units. Mine has very scratched floors (I have no idea what could have caused such deep indentations), scuffed walls, chipped glass shelves in the bathroom, and someone waxed the floors without vacuuming first so there was hair waxed into the floor when I moved in. Appliances are definitely decent (love the washer dryer) but far from top notch. For the same price, 1500 Locust is much nicer but not as close to campus.
Well-run with a great staff
The location can't be beat - ability to walk to school and still be downtown is huge. The building is well run by a responsive staff that live on the premises. The units are aesthetically pleasing and even the studio (where I live) is spacious.

Spacious apartment units
Like the apartment because it has a lot of space.
Highly recommend the Riverloft Apartments!
Expensive but worth it. Close to Rittenhouse and close school. Great if you like exercising. Very close to the river running track and has a nice Gym.
Great place to live.
Front desk is great and very helpful - there was some turnover with leasing agents and management, but it seems to be getting better. Occasionally loud, but any complaints have been responded to promptly. Really like the loft-style apartments with big windows. Its very spacious.

Love the Riverloft!!!
I absolutely love living at the Riverloft. While it is slightly more expensive than some of the other housing options, I have been exceptionally happy with the decision to live there.Key things to note: The door staff is very friendly, common areas are very clean, maintenance requests are responded to the same day your file them, everything is handled online (rent, utilities, maintenance requests), and it's the closest building in Center City to campus. In my opinion, the building has a good balance of Wharton and non-Wharton students. We have a good community within the building.

Avoid the Riverloft Apartments
Terrible building. Our walls are so thin that we can hear the gym, dogs, neighbors, etc. We've had a very bad experience here.
Great Building!
The Riverloft is perfect for couples

Fitler Square Reviews
That being said I did notice that most students lived on the side of the school!
There are residents without housing in the neighborhood. They're good people and new residents should be respectful of them and their belongings.
