Quiet building, responsive management

My wife and I have lived here for all four years of dental school. Great location close to Cedar/Fairmount and in walking distance to Coventry and Little Italy. Excellent management and very responsive. 2 RTA bus lines located just outside apartment and the other 2 blocks away that take you to the Health Education Campus. Parking is not included (most apartments in Cle Heights), but there are a couple spots directly behind the apartment you can pay for, and two city lots just down the street.
Washer and Dryer included.

It's an old building, so problems do arise, but the landlord is great about taking care of issues as they come up. Just leave him a voicemail and it pretty much gets taken care of.

Adequate
For someone not from Cleveland, this apartment was rather a let down. It is spacious, but the heating and air conditioning are rather old and not always in the best condition. The floors creak and make strange sounds. One bathroom is hard, especially when you share with a roommate. The kitchen does come equipped with a dishwasher, which is evidently something of a rarity in the area, so that's been great. There is no elevator in the building, so move-in was a complete pain, and carrying groceries up the stairs is the worst part of any week. Parking is nearby, but not attached to the building.
