Convenient
On a bus route to school, lots of classmates nearby, but not great management

Comforatable
Comfortable and with a very easy commute to the Emory campus
We've had a very positive experience with the leasing office/maintenance during the past two years--they've been responsive/helpful/prompt in helping us to deal with issues--but have heard from tenants who have moved here recently that management/maintenance have been less competent

Great all-around complex
The best things about Post Briarcliff include:
- Great apartment gym
- Close proximity to Whole Foods and Mellow Mushroom
- Close proximity to Emory shuttle stop
- Community patios with gas grills
- Clean premises
- Car wash and vacuum station
The not-so-good stuff include:
- The dumpsters may be quite far for some people
- The campus is large and hilly, so traversing it to get to the mailroom, mailboxes, or dumpsters can be quite a chore.
- A bit pricey.

Good for Med Students
Nice apartments in a good location at an affordable price. Their management used to be awesome, but they've been terrible since MAA took over. I originally chose here because a plurality of med students live here during their M1 year.

Pretty Avg.
Very average apartment, but does the job for grad school. Relatively inexpensive and close to campus.

Love it Here
I've lived here for almost 2 years. It's an easy apartment complex with fairly responsive management, situated close to campus, and a fun/social place! Main complaints is the thin walls but that depends on what unit you get.

Solid Value
Good apartment, not bad for the money. Quiet community and not much hassle from management.

Good residence for reasonable price
The apartment is close to the Emory campus, which makes the commute easier. Also close to I-85 and 400. Not a ton of nearby activities, but a number of good restaurants are nearby. One bad thing is that this apartment is susceptible to power outages, which could take a while to fix. Our power went out a few times during summer thunderstorms and winter snowstorms.
Overall, it is a very good apartment complex with spacious apartments, tons of parking, two pools, and a gym. Not luxury, but great for a very reasonable price.

Good choice overall
Being close to campus and right around the corner from a shuttle stop is a huge benefit of living here. In addition, a lot of other MBAs live here so you can often carpool to events/school. We ended up living here b/c I needed a lot of space for my family and this was the best deal I could get that allowed a large dog (80+ lbs).
Overall I am happy with the decision, but I really wish management was more responsive and accountable. Ex of poor management: I wanted to rent a storage unit, but it took over 2 weeks to get me the keys and they didn't even clean the storage unit before I was finally given the keys.
It feels like a very safe location and I haven't had any safety issues during my time here.
Note: I don't really drink/party very much so I did not partake in the Post pre-games but I believe there was always someone willing to host on the weekends.

Lots of Space -- Okay Management
Coming from a more expensive city, Post offers a lot of space for less money. The management is not the most responsive, but its great for space:money ratio and proximity to school.

North Druid Hills Reviews
Golden Drop Cafe--which has outdoor seating incase the pandemic is still uncontrolled when you read this--is just 3 min. down the road. Mason Mill Park, which has tennis courts, a pavillion, and walking trails, is also very near.
