Too much money for not enough apartment
The apartment is very dated and we have had a number of maintenance issues. In benchmarking our rent with comparable apartment complexes, I believe we are paying a premium just to be near Emory's campus. The one positive is if you are an Emory student, you will likely have a number of classmates as your neighbor

Close to Campus, Close to your Classmates
Post Briarcliff is a reasonably affordable property that is about 3 miles to campus and where almost 30-40 more members of your class will be. Really easy to get to campus by shuttle or catching a ride with your neighbors. A little bit longer of a hike to nightlife and bars.
Pros: Great soundproofing, generally very quiet, gym, 2 pools
Cons: The gates have had a tendency to break, whiter countertops stain too easily, and maintenance can at times be slow

Great place for students
This apartment combines everything I wanted when moving to Atlanta to attend Emory. It's close to campus, rent is reasonable, the apartment is nice, and the amenities are great (2 pools, and a gym that's decent enough not to need a separate membership). Also it has Google Fiber, which is a big plus.
There's also a campus bus stop right across the street, and a ton of students live on the property. There's a good mix of grad students, young professionals, and older residents that makes it a fun, yet quiet place to live. It's close to a few grocery stores and restaurants even though it's in a suburban area.

Nice & Safe Community/Apts with Room for Improvement
I enjoy living here. Extremely close to campus, a lot of other Emory grad students live here, etc. My biggest complaints are: regular (at least once per month) outages (e.g., power, internet) and the company they use for appliances rental (washer/dryer) is not very good/responsive.

Solid Grad School Apartment
Post is a standard apartment complex with all the basic amenities. Close to Goizueta, safe, and a great place to live. Nothing fancy but works for grad school.

Great location!
Post is a great place because it is close to school and also has a lot of amenities (pool, gym, tennis courts, etc.). The one downside is that it is a bit older of a property so you won't find granite counter tops or other more high end features. Overall, it's a great spot and I've found management to always be helpful!

Typical Apartment
Post is super conveniently located for school and classes. Shuttle stop to campus is near by, ten to fifteen minutes to the "nice mall," fifteen minutes to fun neighborhoods like Virginia Highland, etc. There are a few places within walking distance to grab food, and a drink, but if you want to live where the night life is, this probably isn't the best option, though everything is convenient to get to by Uber. Also decently quiet; I never hear my neighbors. A lot of other Goizueta people are here, which is always nice for carpooling and getting together.
I have lived in several apartment complexes for the last few years, and I would rate this as one of the best ones I have been in as far ease of getting packages and mail outside of leasing office hours, and facilities such as grilling, pool, and fitness center. No pet rent, just a one time pet fee so definitely ends up saving money if you stay for a while.

North Druid Hills Reviews
Golden Drop Cafe--which has outdoor seating incase the pandemic is still uncontrolled when you read this--is just 3 min. down the road. Mason Mill Park, which has tennis courts, a pavillion, and walking trails, is also very near.
