Safe and convenient, but management has never been helpful when a request has been made, apartments are over priced for the quality you get. Walls are very thin and it is very disturbing to constantly hear your neighbors music, tv, walking etc.

Complex itself is great, management is a huge pain!
The complex itself is great, very affordable, lots of amenities, close location to campus and other areas, it's on the Emory shuttle line which helps if you don't have a car, and it includes 2 pools, tennis courts, 2 laundry rooms, and 24 hour gym. My primary complaint is the management team makes your move in process extremely difficult, they will charge you for anything and everything unless you confront them about it, a lot of things you need to sign for or deliver in person so it's hard to secure your apartment ahead of time if you're remote. Once you're in it should be okay unless you have any maintenance or billing issues then good luck.

Not terrible
The management is not great, but the location is good. The emory bus takes you to and from campus so do not need to pay for school parking. The apartments are fine and the amenities are nice.

Post Briarcliff
Excellent apartment, but a little far from the school. There are two or three shuttle buses, but the time is unpredictable. It's better to have a car. There is a gym. The environment there is super good.

2nd year
Main perk is proximity to campus and it represents the largest plurality of current MBAs.
Management turnover is constant and they exhibit very poor responsiveness.
Maintenance is usually fairly fast.

Convenient location
Can’t beat the proximity to campus and free Emory shuttle. Walking distance to stores. Price is decent but rent was raised significantly for the second year. Management is unresponsive to issues. Maintenance is generally good.

Good place for Emory
It is an okay place to be if you are an emory student.

Post Briarcliff
Post Briarcliff is a nice place to live if you want to be in proximity to a lot of your classmates. It's a very nice complex but management is not extremely attentive or helpful. the mail room is a mess and it is very hard to find your packages.

Great location for new Emory students
The Post Briarcliff apartment complex is extremely popular among first year graduate students at Emory University (medicine, law, business, etc.). The location is ideal for transitioning to Atlanta, but is likely over-priced for what it offers residents because of its ideal location to Emory. If you are willing to commit to a slightly longer commute, you could get more for your money. Overall, the property is well-managed but the leasing office always seems to prioritize their business over their relationship with tenants. Expect them to charge random fees during the application/moving process and to consistently reference “rules/policies” that are illogical except that they almost exclusively benefit the management company.

North Druid Hills Reviews
Golden Drop Cafe--which has outdoor seating incase the pandemic is still uncontrolled when you read this--is just 3 min. down the road. Mason Mill Park, which has tennis courts, a pavillion, and walking trails, is also very near.
