Very nice neighborhood property close to University
Big complex with many buildings, Gated environment, safe for families in a very residential area of town and easy access to Emory University with University shuttles and Atlanta Public Marta Bus. Has pool and tennis courts

MAA Briarcliff review
This apartment is for folks who are looking for a quiet, laidback place with lots of open space that connects to the shuttle route.

Awesome Spot
Love this spot! Spacious apartment, gym is solid, having access to multiple pools is great, very nice neighborhood mix of young adults, students, families, and seniors. Scenery is good. Feel price is VERY reasonable, especially for having a roommate. I think even adding all my costs to my rent it cost of living is still only about $1.1k to $1.2k per month. Management staff can be slow but is generally solid. Having to take trash across the entire complex is not ideal. Buildings and appliances can be on the older side but for the most part they work well enough

Great place with the community but with quite a few hassles

Close to Emory, but not great management
It is on the Executive Park Emory Shuttle Line
No breed restrictions, which is great if you have a breed that many complexes ban (e.g., German Shepherd, Staffy, Pitbull, etc.)
Great pool, gym is meh
Other apartments have nicer finishes. Even though they are more expensive, they have more timely maintenance and fewer management issues

Great Goizueta community, average room interior, inconvenient for groceries shopping
Many Goizueta MBAs live here, which is a big bonus. It is on the Executive Park shuttle line, which is helpful for commuting to school.
The rooms are spacious but a little old. There are better options at the same price.
Inconvenient for groceries shopping if you don't have a vehicle. The nearest grocery store is about 25-30 mins walk.

Laid back, quiet apartment complex. Mostly young adults and seniors. Not many younger kids. Pool is nice in Summer. Gym is small but functional. Maintenance responsive when needed. Management is fine. Perfect location for school with Emory/MARTA bus stop nearby, about 2 miles from parking deck as well if you drive. Good location for spouses who work and need easy access to interstate (I-85 <2 miles north of complex).

Nice
Nice location (close to campus). Near a lot of neighborhoods/shopping centers with lots of grocery stores and restaurants. Not the cutest area/not a lot of walking areas nearby. The apartment itself is a little older but they are nice. There are a lot of grill areas/2 pool areas. There are also a lot of medical students in the complex.

Golden Drop Cafe--which has outdoor seating incase the pandemic is still uncontrolled when you read this--is just 3 min. down the road. Mason Mill Park, which has tennis courts, a pavillion, and walking trails, is also very near.
