Woodbury Gardens reviews and highlights
- best combination of price, amenities, and location
- great neighborhood
- lots of green space, which is great for walking dogs
- serene and removed from noise
- clean and the maintenance team is very responsive
Great for dogs, families, and graduate students!
The apartment is nice and I live in a building with mostly other graduate students who also have dogs. The area is quiet and the shuttle is awesome for getting to/from Ross. The price is really reasonable for the space and I've had an overall great experience.
Sometimes maintenance can be slow to respond - seems like a number of people have had lots of maintenance needs, but it gets done.

Great option for couples!
Quiet and safe neighborhood, close to school (5min by bus to downtown), spacious floor plan, responsive management and maintenance team, new facilities.

Solid off-campus option overall that is slightly overpriced
Pros: green space and generally quiet; good for pets; easy to get to campus with city bus (<15 min) or walking (~25 min); free and easy-to-find street parking
Cons: buildings somewhat old; appliances and other items showing wear and tear; maintenance quality below average (repeated issues with same sink, etc.); shuttle to Ross is often too full to ride (use the city bus)

Great community and facilities
Apartment has all appliances and great value for money. has shuttle to school and bus every 15 min. next to supermarket. the only problem is that apartments are old, if you can afford the extra $200 go with the upgraded ones.

Living envoronment is awesome for students with family
The living environment of Woodbury Garden is great for students with families especially those with kids. It is safe and quiet, and we have several options in choosing pre-schools nearby.

Yost Reviews
I haven't had to go to school in person yet (due to the pandemic) - but once things are back in person, I would use the community shuttle to get to campus and possibly back depending on the time of day I head back. Otherwise, I would take the bus or walk. Walking takes about 30 min but the bus will cut down most of that since there is a city stop right at the entrance to Woodbury.
