The Emerson
The actual apartment is very spacious, great layout, and does the job. However, don’t expect the complex to get anything fixed quickly, and unless they’ve gutted the place before you move in, there will probably be a lot that needs to be fixed.

Affordable Apartment
Very responsive maintenance crew. Apartments are relatively well maintained. The clubhouse has recently been redone. Overall not bad for the price point and location.
