The Reserve at Clarendon Centre reviews and highlights
- nice amenities including a gym, pool, office area, club room, rooftop deck
- rent is on the expensive side
- very good location close to all the shops, restaurants, and night life
- great views of the city
Nice Apartment
The Reserve is a really nice building and the staff are friendly and helpful. The apartments themselves are updated and nice looking. My three bedroom apartment is fairly spacious as far as apartments in the Clarendon area go. There is a pool on the ground floor and a rooftop deck which is a nice perk for the summer. It's hard to find a good deal in Clarendon, and the Reserve is expensive like all of the apartments in the area, but having a three bedroom split between three people makes it slightly more affordable. Parking is expensive at $125 per month per person. One thing that can be frustrating is that at the end of the year they try to increase your rent if you want to renew and then you have to go and negotiate your rent down to a reasonable increase, though I think this is pretty common for most apartments in the area.

Love it!
I've really enjoyed my experience so far! I lived in Pentagon City before and this has been a nice step towards living in the "big city." There is plenty to do and the people are roughly in their mid to late twenties which is refreshing.

Great location- High price
Very good location. Very good concierge and maintenance staff. Nice amenities - gym, pool, office area, club room, rooftop deck- very expensive!!! Overall, nice building to live in, just wish it was a bit less $ .7-11 connected to building is nice bc it is open 24 hours. Metro and Arlington transit busses very convenient. Trader joes down the block.

Location! Location!
Close to everything. And tons of people to socialize with. It's a great community. My favorite part is the rooftop terrace. During the summer, it has a great view of the city and is excellent to sunbathe. There are even grills for summer cookouts!I definitely enjoy the ambiance and location.

Fantastic place to live!
The Reserve at Clarendon is incredibly convenient; there is a 7/11 within the building, and Trader Joe's and the Clarendon Metro stop are less than 5 minutes away. The building also has some amazing amenities. The gym is stellar for an apartment gym, and you get a lot of the other perks of being in a luxury high rise building: Roof deck, swimming pool, residents lounge, and a movie theater. Lastly, I've found management to be pretty easy to work with which has been a surprising change from some of the previous places I've lived in.

Amazing Location
Doesn't get any better than this. Location is everything if you're renting here. You're close to all the shops, restaurants, and night life. But it'll cost you. Rent is high, space is tight, but those are the trade offs to be close to everything! Definitely tailored for a younger crowd.
