Amazing Property

This location is amazing. Everything is walkable the metro is super close, and the courtyards are so lovely.
Myra and Roxana are really sweet and always have a smile when you walk in the door. Norlan is the property manager and I have never seen a manager so active in his community I have seen him helping the maintenance team. This community is really one of a kind everyone who works here is super friendly.

Fantastic!

Situated right in the heart of Clarendon, this apartment complex is right above the Boardroom and near tons of great restaurants, retail space and bars. You are just on the edge of the more residential area which means it will be slightly quieter and less traffic.

The property management team is always ready to help and they will fix any issue that you face. I love living here and have been here for 2+ years.

Perfect Place to Live (minus the price)

Garfield Park is an amazing place to live! I live in a 1 bedroom (with den) floorpan with my girlfriend. To be completely honest, I probably wouldn't be able to afford where I live if I wasn't splitting rent over two incomes with my girlfriend.

The location is what makes this apartment great! It is in Clarendon near all the bars, restaurants, stores, and metro. You get the big buildings city feel, while also having a quiet residential vibe as well.

The staff is very nice and helpful. The facility comes with a nice gym, 2 beautiful courtyards with grills, as well as an amazing common room with computers, printers, pool table, tvs, free coffee/tea, etc.

All in all, I can't find a bad thing to say about Garfield Park except for the prices. If you don't mind paying on the higher end for rent, this is the place to be!

Clarendon is the place to be

This apartment building is in the perfect spot. Walking distance to many things like the Metro, grocery stores, gyms, CVS, and many other stores along with LOTS of restaurants...close enough to multiple bars but at the same time a little further away to avoid the public noise on the weekends.

Garfield Park is near the Clarendon Metro which is very convenient. There are lots of bars/restaurants nearby which is really convenient. Whole Foods and Trader Joe's are also close by. Coffee shops and gyms nearby. I love how everything is walking distance! Great place for the 25-35ish age group

Garfield Apartments

Decent Location in Clarendon. Little annoying to get to school and the night life here is limited. Metro station nearby. Trader Joes / Whole Foods in the neighborhood as well as a small mall area.

Getting around Clarendon

Clarendon Reviews

Very safe and quiet. There are some good restaurants close by and it’s a quick walk to Clarendon for more dining options.
Safe, clean, and plenty to do. DC proper is very accessible.
LOVE LOVE LOVE my neighborhood. I'm between dupont and u street, so it's not in the middle of it all, which I appreciate. I'm literally 2 blocks from 14th street where all the great restaurants/bars are. I'm also 5-7 mins walking distance to multiple grocery stores (Whole Foods, Trader Joe's, Safeway). It's quiet enough to feel like I'm not in a city, but i'm steps away from being reminded that I am.
Courthouse (located right between Rosslyn and Clarendon), is a very convenient area, with lots of shopping, grocery stores, convenience stores, and restaurants. The metro station is in the center of the neighborhood and leads right to downtown DC, and the area feels very safe, including at night.
This is a very good neighborhood with an easy commute to McLean. It's a very walkable area with Trader Joes and Whole Foods nearby and many other shops, restaurants and bars. There is also a dog park as well as a park (Rocky Run) that has basketball courts and a turf field.
A nice place with plenty of night life, restaurants, and things to do. Pretty safe and upscale. A little cheaper than living in Foggy Bottom but were it not for my wife's work, I might opt to be closer to GW. The commute isnt bad though, 15 or 20 mins by metro.
Average neighborhood, food scene is unexceptional. If the law school wasn't right here I wouldn't be living here. Tons of crowds and people not taking masks / social distancing / pandemic in general serious and going to bars and clubs.
DC people are snooty about those living in Clarendon, but I love it! You get out of the city to a safe, walk-able area with high-end shops and restaurants steps from home. Metro and bus access is fantastic! I don't need a car!
