Good Location

A bit pricey, but good staff and location, close to the metro, grocery stores, and the school.

Expensive, but nice

We really like living here at the reserve. The amenities are all nice and it is generally quiet. It is really close to the law school and metro. Parking garage is nice. There has only been one loud party. Rooftop patio is lovely. decent size (cozy).

Mostly Satisfactory

Generally we’re happy with it. Some minor maintenance and appliance issues have come up but they’ve been decently responsive. Gym is bare bones but can work on a day to day basis. 10 min walk to campus is nice.

Pricy but worth it

I love this apartment. The management answers promptly to any issues and the staff is super friendly. I feel that the building is very safe and clean. I believe that the cost of living is worth it. The apartments are modern with in unit washers and dryers.

Convenient

10 management rating Reviewed by on

Convenient and nice apartment building and units--a 15 minute walk from campus and right across from Riverside Park South & the Hudson River. Sort of a dead zone for restaurants and coffee shops though. 10 minute walk from the 1/2/3 72nd street subway station but the M72 drops off right around there and there is also a shuttle that goes to 72nd from the building.

Good But Expensive

7 management rating Reviewed by on

Apartment is nice and clean and it comes with access to a pool and gym. Parking is $50 extra a month for one vehicle, then about $150 extra a month for a second vehicle. The area is safe, and management is good about the upkeep of the apartment. The maintenance is really great too and maintenance will respond to any issues promptly. The area is great too, and is really close to downtown Culver City.

Pros and Cons of 660 Washington

9 management rating Reviewed by on

I think 660 Washington is very convenient for being a 10 minute walk to school especially during the winter time and when it rains. It is a very modern building with modern apartments, but the rent is very expensive. The building has many tenants, but it is an undergraduate friendly building and tenants have many parties during the weekend and week with loud music coming through the walls and people talking in the hallways. It has a nice gym, pool, work areas, and 24/7 concierge that picks up packages and lets tenants know through text and email. The neighborhood is fine, but it’s always prudent to have city vision when walking around.
