Avoid gaslight properties
Fantastic property, terrible rental company. The space is wonderful. The location is on a quite area right outside of campus.
The rental company owners are some of the biggest slumlords in cincinnati. You shoud try to avoid renting through gaslight properties. It is tough because they own a majority of the properties in clifton. they have terrible communation problems and they send stoned 19 year olds to fix issues that require tradesmen.
