The management company makes up for any lacking qualities of my property and I assume their other properties. The building is quite old and that can be an issue for some but for me it is character. I have had zero to no issues during my time. The only qualm I have is a lack of parking for myself and visitors. Additionally, the surrounding area can be extremely loud due to its proximity to the bars and fire station on Short Vine. I do not mind the noise but if you need peace & quiet, I recommend you stay away.
