Old but nice
Many of the properties managed by Gaslight are fairly old, luckily this one is generally attractive on the inside. Expect occasional maintenance issues and finicky plumbing and gas, but any issues are manageable and property management usually responds quickly to issues and is proactive in addressing issues in the whole building if one resident reports a problem. Parking is an additional fee, while the parking lot has frequent foot traffic the tow company does not closely monitor it. If you choose to live here I would expect the occasional frustration each month, but a generally pleasant experience. The apartments are also in very close walking distance to UC, but being on a main road get moderate traffic noise and lots of passing ambulances.
