Good value but comes at a risk
The location of the apartment and its monthly rent are the best things about this apartment. However, they don't justify the rest of my experience in this apartment. It was clear from the first day that landlord conducts almost no maintenance in this apartment, leaving tenants at risk of some major issues. There is also a fair amount of crime in the area which has left us concerned about the security of our home. Our car has been rifled through on occasion which has not been reassuring.
