Close to the law school, but slightly decrepid
It is so close to the law school, a really great price for what I pay, but the landlord is not attentive. It is also very out of date and slightly buggy. There was also a homeless person who did drugs in the basement.

Cockroaches, the landlord, and the intruder
The landlord is very bad at communication. I moved into an apartment with roaches in it. He "sprays" poison "frequently". In addition, he made me the promise of a dishwasher, but 9 months, 20+ emails later and no dishwasher.
Even further, their was literally a homeless man living in the basement doing drugs and he did not let me, nor my roommate know. He was living the floor under us.
