It’s an affordable place if you share, it is also very spacious compared to some other properties and is a 10 min walk to Peabody.

I LOVE the area and this is probably the main reason that I have stayed at this apartment. I can get to the hospital/EBL within a 15minute walk, and if I am ever bored I can access restaurants on 21st ave with a short (5min or less) walk including- Jeni's ice cream, Hopdoddy for burgers, and Fido's for coffee or breakfast! Also walking distance from the Kroger down the street. I have also probably saved so much money over the years compared to my colleagues who live in the area.

That said, I am providing a not so great rating due to the apartment itself. The management company is kind of a nightmare to deal with, the apartment itself is a little old and you will experience this (in the years I have been here we have had several things go wrong). It is not very insulated either so sometimes can get hot in the summertime or cold in the wintertime. That said, you kind of get what you pay for since you could not beat this price anywhere else in this area!!! And the other upside is that the apartment itself is very spacious (pretty sizable bedrooms and living room area).

My apartment has no gym, nor pool but it essentially has everything I really need. Very close to campus, in-unit washer and dryer (don't underestimate how important this one is), and I'm not even home long enough to miss the other amenities. Being a 5 min drive from the gym doesn't hurt either.

This is a great spot! There are minimal amenities, but the location is fantastic and savings on rent are worth it in my opinion. While it is a little older of a building, the management is very responsive and timely with maintenance requests. It's about 10 min walk to the Children's hospital, 15 min walk to Eskind Biomedical or the Vandy gym, and right down the street from Hillsboro Village which has plenty of restaurants, shops, and Jeni's ice cream! The apartment is also very spacious, with a large living room which is convenient for having friends over. Parking is available for tenants and guests, and is included.
