Great Experience

My apartment is newly renovated with all new appliances. The lessors are responsive to maintenance requests. I feel safe in the apartment complex. It's only a 20 minute walk from Vanderbilt's campus.

2 bed 2 bath within walking distance

Overall it's a decent complex. There are no frills and the setup inside is pretty basic, but there is laundry in the units and the property manager is good about getting a handyman if anything goes wrong. Loved that I could walk to campus.
