Great Place To Live
I really love living in the Hillsboro Village area. It feels safe, and it is walkable to the Peabody campus. I love this place.

Condos are the best of both worlds!
This is a townhome close to campus; it has the benefits of being in an apartment complex (having neighbors, living in a community) with the benefit of having a bit more space to yourself. It is also really nice to walk out the door and be only 10-15 minutes from school.

Condos are the best of both worlds!
Living in a condo provides the best of both worlds - there is more space and freedom than living in an apartment complex, but less hassle and responsibility than a house. We have a nice back porch and are close to lots of stores, restaurants, and the university. It's also a short walk or drive to various supermarkets like Kroger, Publix, and Trader's Joes.

Great living experience
We are close enough to walk to school every day, and live right next to a park, a Kroger, a gas station, a post office, and many restaurants. We also have more than enough space to have work areas, living room space, and bedroom space.

The Chardonnay
I love it so much! It’s so convenient because it’s right down the road from Vandy. It’s about a 15 minute walk and 4 min drive there. We got a really good deal too! The only reason I gave it 8 stars is because it’s a little outdated and small. However, in Nash it’s really hard to find a larger place without it costing too much so it’s not bad at all. I believe it is mostly students that live in these townhomes because it’s always really quiet and everyone is around college age. There are parks and exercises places close by. As well as many restaurants that are highly rated and popular in Nashville!
