Great place to live
This is a quiet place to live. Great for those who love the outdoors and want to get away from all of the noise. Also, I live close to the law school. It is only about a 12-minute walk for me and does not include walking up or down steep hills. The only downside is that you will be somewhat far away from the scene downtown.

Best pet-friendly apartment complex
The management is extremely responsive. I also love how friendly the apartment complex is for pets. The complex feels very much like a neighborhood, and I truly appreciate how safe I feel walking my dog at night.

Greatly Priced Community
The community is close to Cornell Law School, which makes it a convenient place to live. The apartments are affordable in comparison to what you can get for the same price in Ithaca. I have been living here for almost a year and am happy with my choice.

Good community
This complex has a great community feel compared to other apartments. It is an easy (flat) walk to Campus and Sage Hall. There does seem to be more families in the area who may be less tolerant of late night noise. One thing that doesn't make sense is that there is no doorbell function so any guests or visitors will have to contact you so you can let them in to your apartment. Haven't had any issues and have enjoyed living here.

Go for a Townhouse rather than an apartment
The apartment has great amenities and it is within walking distance of Sage Hall and Brezzano Center. The bathroom does clog up a lot and the walls are paper thin so I would have to be whispering in my room or have my volume at near-zero or have a noise complaint. Apart from that, it is a good value. The beds are very comfortable but unless you expect to never make any noise, go for a townhouse rather than an apartment.

Perfect for graduate students
My experience at Maplewoods apt has been largely positive. The properties are pretty new and the town houses are really great for graduate students who want more space. The community is awesome as you can see walk their dogs. The maintenance can be improved as we had trouble with AC during the first month of move-in. It is eventually resolved.

Glorified dorm... but best value all things considered!
The apartment looks new and modern, there are ample amenities, and the location is great if you care about having a flat walk to campus/ close access to walking trails. Also, the price is hard to beat compared to other student housing options. However... in some aspects, you get what you pay for. The furniture that comes with the apartments is not high quality (specifically the couch), and it definitely takes some work/ additional decor touches to give the apartment a home-y feel.
