Virginia Square Towers reviews and highlights
- well-equipped gym with projector room for spinning and dancing classes
- nice big windows with lots of light
- ideal location with the metro, coffee shops, and convenience stores well within walking distances
Convenient but expensive
The amenities are nice, but for the price, it’s not very reasonable. The price for a studio is on par with D.C. studio apartments, but in Arlington, there are cheaper alternatives with larger floor plans available.

Great place, great management, pricey
Love the building, great people, great amenities (24 hour gym, conference room, business center with free printing, pool, lounge, etc), great location across from the school. It’s not cheap, but you could probably negotiate a discount off the posted rate because like 30% of units are vacant.

Convenient and very nice place to live.
Overall, I've had a great experience living in this apartment. It's extremely well maintained and the apartments are very nice. There's a gym, pool, grills, conference room, business center, game room, and club room. Unfortunately due to COVID the hours are limited on these amenities, which has been a bit frustrating, but during normal times most of these are open 24/7. Maintenance is usually quick to respond. I also love how close it is to the school, metro, and other bars and restaurants. The front desk is manned 24/7 and has package delivery services. It's also very secure because you need a fob to get up the elevators. The only downfall is that it's expensive, and you have to pay a greens fee as well as for parking if you want it. None of the utilities are included (electric, water, Internet).

Good building
Great staff, great facilities, high rent. Rent is very high, but the place is super nice and it’s across from the school. Highly recommend if it’s in your budget.

Nice but expensive
Never had a serious problem. Company handled my ESO letter in a timely manner and without any undue fuss. Building is close to the metro and gives convenient access to GW while being out of the district in Virginia. But still pretty expensive even for being outside DC.

Mostly good
The apartments here are nice, if small, in an interesting area with lots of restaraunts, nightlife, and services. The metro is nearby and i find the commute pretty short, 20 or 30 minutes. The parking deck is a nice subterranean deck and rent for a parking spot is extra but not as bad as it is at other places. I have had no trouble with bugs or leaks or anything of that nature. My only complaint is that the building managers foul up package delivery every now and then. And the price is high but thats likely to be true everywhere.

Great Place
Brand new building in great location - just steps from VA Square metro stop and 5 minute walk to Clarendon bars and restaurants. Gold certified LED building so my electricity/water are $10-15/month. Best perk - car rental program where you can rent a car from the building for $5/hour. Also has a very cool gym with virtual spin class/yoga room and virtual sports room. No pets allowed.

Great Apartment
Super quiet, very responsive management, 24 hour concierge, gym, grills, pool, game room, very nice looking apartments that are spacious, a block from the metro. A little pricey, not much sunlight (though you can get an apartment with a balcony), the area is close to Clarendon which is a good restaurant/bar scene, but there's not much in the immediate surroundings.
