Love 2116
Can not emphasize enough how happy I am that I chose to live here. The apartments are beautiful, property management is responsive, and so many other students live in the building. My only complaint is that Greystar takes advantage of students because they don’t allow you to sign a 2 year lease then try to charge insane rent hikes when you renew because they know you won’t leave.

The Wharton Gold Standard
Incredible location, amenities, and 80% of residents are Wharton students. Though the price is high, this building is basically a five-star hotel doubling as a Wharton dorm. Management is also responsive and folks at the front desk are friendly and supportive of my hockey addiction. Floor to ceiling windows provide an unreal view.

Great apartment and amenities
I really like my apartment and the amenities of the building. Staff is always very very nice. Whenever something breaks down I submit a maintenance request and Jose takes care of it within a day or so. The management office did somewhat disappear when I signed my lease and I had a few additional questions, but that is the only but I have. Also, 2116 tends to be the central location for Wharton gatherings.

Review
Sometimes the staff is slow to process requests. Package system is challenged during busy times, but overall pretty good. Some of the front desk staff is very friendly while others are less so. Overall the apartments are very modern and nice.

The Wharton Dorm
Great place to live for a social experience! People equate it to the Wharton dorm — lots of social events and the building with the most students

Pros: Tons of Students / Cons: Management is awful
The apartment is fine and I like that I can see so many of my friends so easily. However, management is unspeakably bad. From having multiple elevators out and never notifying us to price gouging you when you move out (one of our friends received a $1,000+ damaged carpet bill and the carpet showed no more than normal winter wear), I would not live here if I was to do it again. I am dreading moving out and seeing what ridiculous charges they hit me with.

Fitler Square Reviews
That being said I did notice that most students lived on the side of the school!
There are residents without housing in the neighborhood. They're good people and new residents should be respectful of them and their belongings.
