Overall rating 9.0/10, based on 63 renter reviews Write a review
73 East Lake reviews and highlights
- amazing indoor pool, steam room, hot tub, and gym.
- the location of the building is amazing
- expensive and claims to be high-end
- management of this residence is awful
Nice views, terrible management
If it wasn't for the location and for the view, we would have terminated our lease already. The management of this residence is awful, completely dishonest and way too focused on playing cops than on trying to build a good (long term) relationship with their tenants. I would have expected much more professionalism and respect from a residence that is so expensive and claims to be high-end.

The Loop Reviews
Very close to the lake and navy pier
Great park surrounded by all the buildings.
There’s good supermarket that has everything. A couple restaurants and coffee shops are also there.
That being said, if you're anywhere near State St. or the Mag mile, there's pretty much people around at any given hour. It's fun to live downtown because the streets are bustling with interesting people, sometimes there's live music on street corners and there are a lot of restaurants and shops.
