Great overall

Super nice apartment and amenities but not slightly less spacious compared to MPP apartments, hence not enough storage. Pool is extremely small and is outdoors. Really good maintenance support.

Worth Every Penny

I love this apartment. The downtown views are unbeatable. There's a great rooftop space with seating and a fire pit on one side and a pool on the other. There is also great co-working space, and large tvs that are open for residents to use. Plus, the building is brand new and everything is in great shape. The gym equipment is nice, the mail room is very organized, and the people at the front desk are always nice. It's much more expensive than Hyde Park, but it's a thousand times better. You're also close to the metra, 2 bus, 6 bus, and downtown connector.

Millie on Michigan

I have enjoyed my experience at Millie. The only hesitation I have is that I live 45 floors up and the walls/windows are incredibly thin. Being right off of Michigan Ave, you constantly hear sirens and other noises.
