73 East Lake reviews and highlights
- amazing indoor pool, steam room, hot tub, and gym.
- the location of the building is amazing
- expensive and claims to be high-end
- management of this residence is awful
73 is nice, little pricey, but no complaints
I live with a friend I knew from undergrad, so a non-Boothie. I was willing to pay a little more for rent. Our place is definitely nice and I enjoy that I’m able to detach from the MPP bubble if I want to on certain nights. MPP is also great, though.

Great apartment, definitely a step up from MPP and worth the money in my opinion, particularly with my family. Only complaint is management at times

Love it
If you want a nice building, this (or maybe MILA) is the best place for Booth students

Building is clean, friendly, and welcoming
Love the apartment and amenities are some of the best you'll find in the the Loop. One drawback is the management/leasing office is located in the building, and is strict on number of guests allowed in common areas (max 5 guests per unit) and they have seem to put rules around this particularly address Booth's social gatherings.

Good decision
Best amenities and the location is also great, the building is always clean and management is friendly and supportive. It is definitely not the cheapest but on my mind it is worth the extra dollars.

The Loop Reviews
Very close to the lake and navy pier
Great park surrounded by all the buildings.
There’s good supermarket that has everything. A couple restaurants and coffee shops are also there.
That being said, if you're anywhere near State St. or the Mag mile, there's pretty much people around at any given hour. It's fun to live downtown because the streets are bustling with interesting people, sometimes there's live music on street corners and there are a lot of restaurants and shops.
