Great apartment; management is so-so -- definitely focused on sales but facilities & maintenance are super responsive

Amazing
The apartment is beautiful and things are really easy in the building. I would say that outside of Marquee, it's the nicest building in the Loop. The pool amenities are paramount.

Modern and reliable maintenance
It is a really modern and well kept building with a gym, pool and hot tub. It’s also reliable as far as maintenance and most interactions have been positive.

Fantastic, but pricey
I couldn't ask for anything more out of 73. Coming from New York and living with a partner who works, it made the most sense for us. It is a little on the expensive side, but the units are well laid out, large, and really well built. One disclaimer is that the leasing office is pretty worthless and can never really help you out how you'd like them to. They have no control/idea how unit prices will change or when units will become available so getting the unit was a pain.

Great location and property
The property is located in a great location. Close to great shopping and dining. The staff works hard to keep the property beautiful. They are also attentive to resident's needs. They also throw some great parties for the residents! Every morning I get coffee from the coffee machine and enjoy the beautiful views.

Great place
I truly enjoy my apartment and the building. Staff is friendly and always willing to help. I've lived here 3 years and couldn't ask for anything better. The interior finishes are top notch! There are so many wonderful amenities including an indoor pool, 3 fitness centers, theater, pet spa and indoor dog run.

Beautiful new building in the heart of downdown
The location of the building is amazing, you are close to every El line, the river, the chicago theater, michigan ave and state street. The amenities in the building are also hard to beat, there is an amazing indoor pool, steam room, hot tub, and the gym is on two different floors! Also there is a dog walk place in side that is nice if you have dogs you need to let you when it is really late or the weather is bad.

The Loop Reviews
Very close to the lake and navy pier
Great park surrounded by all the buildings.
There’s good supermarket that has everything. A couple restaurants and coffee shops are also there.
That being said, if you're anywhere near State St. or the Mag mile, there's pretty much people around at any given hour. It's fun to live downtown because the streets are bustling with interesting people, sometimes there's live music on street corners and there are a lot of restaurants and shops.
