Fine for price and location
Good area and nice staff but old building with horrible elevators. Some rooms are old with carpets. If you live here you should get a room with wooden floors. Rooftop pool is nice and gym is decent. Laundry unit is gross and has older machines. Next to a good treasure island.

1111 N Dearborn Review
This is a solid apartment complex in a prime location in the Gold Coast. Cheaper than other options in the area without a doubt. Overall, a great place to live although you do sacrifice a few amenities for the price--the mail room hours aren't ideal for a working professional (closed Sundays, only open until 6:30 ish on weekdays and closes early on Saturdays without notice). The elevators are VERY old and slow and are constantly breaking down. However, for the price we're paying, it's a great deal for a nice apartment and good location. I don't mind some of the downsides because of the cheap price and the apartment itself is amazing. I love the floor to ceiling windows.

Great place after college
I've lived at 1111 N Dearborn for about a year and a half now. The best thing about the apartment is the location. I'm within walking distance to some of my favorite bars, restaurants and parks.
I live with two other roommates and we each pay a little over $1,000 a month. The building responds to maintenance requests within 24 hours typically. The only down-side to the apartment is the elevators are slow. The gym isn't great, but has enough to get a quick workout in before or after work.

Great Place
This is a great place for anybody coming right out of college. The average age I'd say is like 23-27 years old. Amazing rooftop pool and great pool party every year. Management can be annoying to deal with and the elevators break down sometime. Other than that, awesome spot!

Great Apartment
I have no complaints with my living situation. The rooftop pool is phenomenal. I do wish that we had hardwood floors instead of the carpet but overall the space is absolutely great. Everything i need to access is within walking distance and if not there is public transportation close by. Great crowd of young people most of which recently graduated college.

Great place to live
Management tries to stay on top of everything and the gym and pool are nice and well taken care of. My apartment has an amazing view of the lake so that is mainly why I went for this building. My only complaint is that because the building seems to have some years, there are small details like not that subtle extractors and air conditioner/heating system, which tend to be a little noisy. The shower is also not the newest, but overall, it is a good place to live.

Great Chicago location, long commute
Building is alright, affordable for the neighborhood, but not inexpensive for the city. Apartment is nice enough, but fixtures aren't fancy. Building is 30+ years old and has amenities but they are subpar compared to modern buildings. 55 minutes to school door-to-door on the L during rush hour. 70 minutes outside of rush hour. Walking distance to many popular bars and restaurants in Chicago that people visit from Evanston on occasion. Close to beach.
