1120 N LaSalle Apartments reviews and highlights
- very close to the red line as well as shopping and nightlife in Old Town
- biggest frustration in the building is perpetually broken elevators
- if you have a few roommates its pretty affordable considering the location
- recently renovated kitchen and bathroom
- location is unbeatable
Mixed Emotions
We've had many issues in our building, ranging from elevators being slow/shut down every other week. Leaking of the windows and ceiling. Plumbing issues in our apartment. All of which received slow responses from the Property Management Group.
However, the rooftop pool and laundry room are nice.

1120 N Lasalle Apartments Review
Pros: convenient location, just few minutes away from Lake Michigan and the CTA Red Stop Clark&Division as well as from 3 different groceries stores. Nice roof-top deck and pool. Business rooms with free Wi-Fi. Management personnel is nice.
Cons: all utilities not included, no bike storage, small exercise room.

1120 N LaSalle Apts- Nice Neighborhood
Pros:
Nice neighborhood. Walking distance from Treasure Island, renovated Jewel Osco and Plum Market. Friendly doormen, building managers always available, outdoor pool.
Cons: All utilities are excluded from the rent. Only one Internet provider (RCN). Small exercise room. Rent increases quite a lot every year.

I love my new apartment -- but getting my lease signed was an extremely frustrating

Great location, could use some upgrading
The main draw of this apartment is its excellent location. The building upkeep is okay, but could be improved. Building management can be challenging to get a hold of, but typically pull through when you need them. The biggest frustration in the building is the perpetually broken elevators.

Great Location
Living here is awesome. Very close to the Red Line as well as shopping and nightlife in Old Town. The building itself is very nice with cool amenities including a gym and a pool on the roof. Relatively spacious apartment with a recently renovated kitchen and bathroom. PPM is great about repairs and is quick to respond.

This is a great location in the city. Amenities are good and management office is located right in the building. You get a good size apartment for the money. Favorite part of course is

Gold Coast Apartment
I've lived here for a little over a year and overall, it's been great! Location is less than a block away from the red line and the pool is a definite perk in the summer. PPM is prompt in getting things fixed I just wish there were stairs since I live on the 2nd floor. My roommate and I really like the size of our apartment and the amenities, we just resigned for another year!

This building is about location
The location is unbeatable. Planned Property Management is very accommodating. They work with you to help you find an apartment that works. Prices are fair. This building is terrible at amenities though. Jun-August the top deck and pool are open which gives you a few square feet of outdoor/common space. The other nine months the only public area is the office. If you live with a roommate and need a place to go out to talk on the phone or have alone time, you won't find any space in this building. Elevators are slow. Lillian and Kelly are great people at PPM to work with though!

Great apartments close to downtown
The apartment building is in a prime location, right near the Red Line LaSalle/Division stop and near the 70 Division bus, which can take you to Wicker Park, West Town, etc.
The building is nice, apartments are great (good windows), and the laundry, exercise room, and rooftop pool (yes, that's right), are easy to access.
You have to pay for utilities, electric, and internet separately, but if you have a few roommates its pretty affordable considering the location.
There is parking available if you need it (costs extra).
The people who work at the building are friendly and always willing to help you.
