I love living at Naval Square, especially due to the front lawn, gym, parking, and swimming pool. The only negative aspect is that the insulation between units is not very sound-proof, so I can frequently hear my upstairs neighbor. This is a very common complaint throughout the complex.

Naval square has been great. Very close to the medical school/hospitals, and very quiet. Perfect if you are bringing your car to Penn.

Literally no problems so far

Naval Square is a condominium complex where you can rent or buy. It is a gated community with security present 24/7. Its location in relationship to HUP/CHOP cannot be beat as it is a 15 minute walk door to door across the South Street Bridge. Perks of living in Naval Square include parking with each unit (some is covered parking some is not), gym access from 5a-10pm, a seasonal outdoor pool, and concierge with package delivery service to your door. I have lived here for 8 years and really love the neighborhood, although note that it is quieter than other neighborhoods in the city. It is a perfect community for young families with children and pets as we have a large central lawn where children and pets can play.

Nice gated complex just across the South Street bridge in Graduate Hospital. The condo is 2 stories, with a large living room, kitchen, balcony, garage, and washer/dryer in-unit. The complex has a large grassy area that is great for children and pets. There is a small gym and a pool for residents, and there is a concierge that receives packages for residents. There are restaurants, coffee shops, bars, and grocery stores a few blocks away.

Amazing amenities including a gym, pool, and package delivery, common beautiful green spaces, and good maintenance team.

No better place that balances family life with student life.
