The complex feels somewhat exclusive, but has some very nice perks (pool, gym, easy package delivery). I've lived there for 2 years now and plan to move next year, but it really is a great location. If they would tear down the giant fortress style wall that surrounds the complex I'd be much more likely to stay- it's fairly inconvenient and feels weird. Also, the employees are very nice, but the management code has some ridiculous regulations (no "decorations" for more than a week outside of holidays, color uniformity for plant pots, etc.) All in all, its a nice place to live, but feels a little cut off from the surrounding area.

I love the location, the amenities (gym, pool, package center, indoor parking spot) are great, and the apartment is comfortable and spacious.

Townhouse rented from the owner. Two story. Area is perfect for families.

Great space for families, and great value for money. South Street is very close and has a lot to do. Units feel very new and have nice appliances fixtures. Parking space is generally included in rent. Gym and pool included as well.

Naval Square is amazing. The condo comes with a parking space, access to gym and outdoor pool access. The location is very nice with a large green space in front, active management and dog friendly. It is also very family friendly.

There are many young families here, and the gated community includes a pool, gym, package services, and a large lawn out front that kids play on every evening. There is also guest parking, and most all units come with one personal parking spot as well (our townhouse unit actually has its own garage). Location is walkable to Penn (over the South St. bridge). Downsides--can be expensive, and is somewhat removed from the Rittenouse "scene," but is still very walkable to Rittenhouse and other areas of town.
