It's Fine!
Overall I have had a very positive experience living here. It's generally pretty quiet, safe, and very easy to get to and from school or any of the hospitals. Laundry is on the 2nd floor, but I have had no real troubles with it, it just gets a little busy on Sunday afternoons. Cooling and heating are turned on at appropriate times during the year, and the apartments themselves actually have a lot of space. My least favorite thing is how small the kitchen is. If you live on a lower floor you can hear dogs barking every once and a while out on the dog run, but you also get to watch the dogs play with each other which makes up for it. It is also quite expensive and almost all our utilities are not included in rent. They aren't very expensive themselves and we were able to get a reduced price on our internet so its not bad. Just important to be aware of what costs are coming from where. There is a package service and amazon lockers so having anything delivered is a breeze. Front desk people are nice.

Great but a few things to be aware of
Overall positive. Only areas that may be of concern: no in unit washer/dryer, 1 of 3 elevators in each building (not including 2 service elevators) are regularly breaking down and out of service. Whole system heating/AC switch which means there are weeks before summer when there is no AC and weeks before winter when there is no heater.

Review
Great amenities (gym, Rec room, tennis courts, sun deck), friendly staff, prompt service. Building itself has several maintenance issues - elevators often break down, water pipes have leaked multiple times, often under construction/renovation.

Arrive Streeterville Review
It fulfills what I need. Space to live in close to the hospital. The gym is nice.

Great location
We rent from Arrive Streeterville (formerly called McClurg) because of its convenient location. It's a 5 minute walk to all our classes at Feinberg and a slightly longer walk to nearby grocery stores like Trader Joe's, Whole Foods, and Target. A smaller grocery store called Bockwinkle's is right downstairs to the apartment, and there's also a 7/11 within the building. Other pros are when you submit a maintenance request, it gets handled same day. The amenities are great (though we don't take advantage of them).
The two downsides to the apartment complex is its management, which actually recently changed, so I'm not familiar with how the new one is. The other downside is its quite expensive to live here.

Arrive
Good apartments for the price. Maintenance is responsive. Nice gym, pool, rooftop. ideal location with <5min walk to class.

One of the best apartment buildings in downtown for a better price than most
The amenities are better than most if not all buildings Booth people typically leave in: come check for yourself.
The floor plans are spacious and well-designed, with no lost spaces.
The location, Streeterville, is just much more livable and welcoming than the Loop, with lots of restaurants, bars, supermarkets, stores, etc. Come check for yourself.
And it is 10-20% less expensive than buildings Booth people typically leave in.

Good location!
I’m only 10 minutes from the newsroom, which is great! The proximity to everything is why I give this rating. I do feel like considering the price I pay, the place should be a little better but you’re also right in the middle of downtown!

Streeterville Reviews
There are some more expensive restaurants and fast food places. Navy Pier attracts a lot of tourists and they can be annoying to navigate around.
Noise is not usually too big of an issue in this neighborhood; it's pretty quiet at night.
There are multiple grocery stores nearby for multiple choices. Also there are a bunch of great places to eat so one will not get bored with options.
