Presidential Towers
Its a solid space, very nice five minute walk to campus. On the expensive side, but you're paying to have no commute.

Good
The space is comfortable and consistent. I did not give it a higher rating for a couple of reasons. The first and most prominent is that the leasing office is inconsistent with communication. If you are not already living here, they take a long time to answer emails (or sometimes don't at all) and hardly answer the phone. We worked with a leasing agent to actually get this done because the PT leasing office was nonresponsive.
As a resident, I have very little to complain about. Sometimes, the building can be smelly in certain areas, but other than that, it is awesome! I love how quickly maintenance responds to work orders. I love that there is always security at the two main desk lobbies. I love that there are restaurants connected to the apartments throughout the building.

cleaning, living convenient, near the college
there is professional management and cleaning environment.
near the apartment we can walk to some big grocery store and college in 5 minutes.
If you live in a high floor, you'd probably see amazing scenery of skyscraper or splendid sunset.
But there isn't washing machine for single room. What's more the walls are thin that I could listen what my neighbor saying

Cheap and Easy
PT is fairly cheap for the location and in a VERY safe area. The management is not great and the front desk workers are not helpful, but you really can’t beat the location and ease of living. Plus there is the free shuttle directly to Rush for students and staff which is right outside our front door.

Great experience of the housing in Chicago DT
The apartment is very close to the school, I can walk to the school in 5 minutes, and I appreciate the management staff here who are always friendly and responsive to my need.

Basic Accommodation
The cost of living at Presidential Towers is considered competitive in the market just because they subsidized the cost of other amenities by transferring the ownership to third parties, such as Gym (including swimming pool), parking not included in the rent (additional $280 per month for a garage parking), no in unit washer and dryer (each building has a common machines - they are old and not for free), and no utilities included in the basic rent.
You have to pay $50-150 per month for common utilities, subscribe to rental insurance, subscribe to electricity provider, and subscribe to Internet provided.
The floor plans are tiny and the floorings/bathroom are not remodeled.
What I like about Presidential Towers is the very close proximity to the school, CTA (blue/green/pink), and multiple bus stops.

Ms. S
Building is at a convenient location with separately paid gym ffc available inside the building, rent including water only, need to pay internet cable electricity, management efficiency is not with top quality

Great location, views, and affordability
I absolutely love my apartment! I have so much space, a lot of sunlight, significant storage, and amazing views. Also, it is extremely close to campus, so my walk is only about 4 minutes to class. Ogilvie station is right across the street, which is convenient for coffee, food, Amazon Go, and transportation. The location of the building is also right between the loop and west loop, which is perfect because everything is within walking distance no matter which direction you are heading. It is also fairly inexpensive in comparison to other apartments in the area. The only downfall I would say is getting into contact with the management/leasing team via phone or email during the process of starting the lease. However, once you are moved in, management is easy to get into contact with because you can just walk into their office and they will help. Maintenance is extremely responsive as well and resolves any sort of apartment issues usually (like changing a light or blinds, etc.) within the same day.
