Ok place to live for the short term
Management and staff is rude, good amenities and location
Great management company and views
Great place to live. Close to supermarket/ other students. Just don’t do a south view because it’s a two pipe system and the unit heats up in August.
Shoreham & Tides Review
Great building but hard to access
Per friendly
Lakeshore East is the ideal place for pet owners. 100% recommend and the walk to the metra is not bad at all!
Shoreham & Tides Review
Good building
10/10
Great views and amenities, spacious apartments, responsive management, and a super convenient location despite not being directly in the loop.
Great apartment
Great apartments with amazing amenities that includes gym, sauna, jacuzzi, pool, barbecues, study rooms, etc
Apartments are modern and management is great with maintenance. If you have a problem or maintenance issue they will fix it the same day at no cost
Property management is terrible
The property management team takes long times to address major issues like: the leak in the parking garage, the front door handle, the parking gates, and the laundry facilities. They are also very difficult to get a hold of.
The Flat
I enjoy my studio apartment. Although it's on the smaller size, it's cozy and provide more than enough amenities. I have a nice view of DTLA. It's got a heated pool, a lounging area with table tennis and pool table, a private gym, parking, bike room, conference room, security, and mail secured mail room. It's a five minute walk from law school. And room prices vary as low as $1250 that I've seen.
The Flat
Very expensive - but it's downtown LA about 3 blocks from campus. You are basically paying for an extra 15-20 minutes of sleep every morning and as a 1L it feels worth it.

I like the neighborhood because it is safe and everything is nearby. If you don’t have a car you can still survive! I have mine and barely drive it because everything is so close.

Great Location and Amenities
real adult but close to the kids
in-unit laundry clutch for recruiting
The Tides
Great experience so far. Newly renovated units and amenities. 3 minute jog from the building door to the lakeshore path, and quick walk across the park to Mariano’s for groceries or to CVS pharmacy. The park is a quiet sanctuary from the busy Loop.
