Triangle -- Great option but a little expensive
Literally love living in graduate housing; everything is included which is great. It's a 5 minute walk to campus, and feels very safe, and is close to a ton of food options! Also very glad I don't have have to deal with any sketch landlords.

Perfect for graduate student housing
The best thing about Triangle is its close proximity to campus and restaurants, and the responsiveness of the management team. Maintenance requests have been consistently handled within 1-2 days, and they are not stingy about extensive repairs.
It is indeed pricier than many other housing options in Cleveland Heights, however with water, utilities and internet covered, and a free gym and laundry rooms, there is no surprise charges in addition to monthly rent. There is also no need for VPN to connect to Case networks if graduate students need to do research online at home.
When I just moved in last summer I spotted some pantry moths in the apartment, and after active control it is no longer a problem. I am not sure if that was a transient problem from previous occupancy or a persistent infestation. Overall Triangle is one of the cleanest building I have visited in this area.

Great location and amenities
This apartment is ideal in many ways, including that amenities are included, management is very responsive and we have Case Wireless service with personal routers in each apartment. The only issue is cost, which is higher than most students would like to pay. You are paying for location and an updated building.

Great place to live as a student!
I really like triangle. I go to med school here, and I feel very safe in my apartment. It's very spacious, and its a quiet apartment complex since everyone else are students. The management is very friendly and gets things done in 24 hours, and they have an emergency repair service for off hours and weekends that is also very responsive. All in all I love living here. It it more pricey than other single bedroom apartments, but it is a convenient walk to school and a great/safe area!

costly but everything included
Maintenance team very quick, cordial. Laundry rooms pretty decent. Newly renovated gym. VERY close to school (5min walk) and nearby Uptown area with Constantino's market, Chipotle, Panera, etc.

Convenient
The Triangle is a very convenient location, but you do pay a premium for the location. However, everything is included in the cost.

I love everything about my apartment
I haven't had any issues in the 2 years I've lived here. My room is huge and it's a pretty quiet living space, since everyone in my building is a graduate student. I pay for covered parking in a garage that is connected to my building, so I don't even have to go outside to get to my car. I like the location since it's walking distance to Case, UH, and Little Italy, and there are a lot of restaurants nearby. Management is great to work with and they will fix any issues immediately. This place is great and almost feels like luxury living. The only thing I don't love is that the rent is kinda high, but everything (including utilities, cable, internet, A/C, washer, and dryer) is included in the rent.

University Circle Reviews
Close enough to campus buildings so there was enough light that I felt safe enough, but once I left campus, felt a little more alert.
University Circle is THE hub for cultural activity in Cleveland. The Cleveland Museum of Art is my favorite place in the Circle. It has fabulous permanent exhibits and brings in wonderful temporary exhibitions. The museum hosts social events that are perfect for young people more than once a month. The Circle also contains Severance Hall - home of the Cleveland Orchestra, the Cleveland Botanical Gardens, the Natural History Museum, and more!
The area is fairly safe as it is heavily patrolled by UCPD and Campus Police. Ambulances frequent the area to get to the hospital, but that is the only noise complaint I've ever heard of.
I couldn't be happier about living right in University Circle during law school.
There is a grocery store that is very convenient and also the normal college campus chain restaurants like Chipotle.
