The Triangle Apartments reviews and highlights
- well-maintained and clean
- responsive maintenance
- on the expensive side
- free laundry
- staff is really friendly and helpful
- great location, many restaurants and grocery stores nearby
- great place to live
Great place to live!
Very clean, on-site maintenance dependable to fix anything. Management has been pleasant to deal with and helpful. Apartment seems to have been recently renovated. Free laundry (not in unit though). All utilities and cable/Case Wireless included. Central A/C and heat. Garage parking separate for $90, pass gives you after-hours parking at several CWRU lots/garages. Can't beat the location -- right in Uptown with several restaurants, market, etc. Building is predominantly graduate students, so it's quiet. Onsite gym with basic exercise equipment and community center with printer.

Decent
Spacious apartments, comes with all amenities included in rent, but you'll be paying a premium for them. Older building, so boiler and heating have broken down a few times in the past year. Management responds well, it's just frustrating not having hot water for a night. Management puts on social events, which are great for undergrads, but not so much for grad students. I would prefer to have those funds used to remodel and update our apartments.

Close in and comfortable
I have lived in this apartment for all four years of medical school, which shows how great it is! It is close to the med school and three of the four hospitals in the city, as well as close to a lot of restaurants and bars. Having one check for everything each month is great! The management is generally very responsive to resident needs. The only issue this year has been water system issues during the cold winter months. It seems that this is almost fixed and then it should be back to normal!

Convenient
Positive:
-Location is very close to campus and UH - within walking distance
-In Uptown, so a lot of great places to eat out nearby
-Apartment is warm in the winter. I haven't had to turn my heating on.
-Occasional events with free food :D
Negative:
-Kitchen equipment fairly old, studio kitchen is especially small
-Parking is expensive
-Not the best soundproofing

Studio / 1 bath
The triangle apartment studio review.
It is a really nice place to live on my own. Very close to dental school. Close to all the restaurants located within campus (literally only a few steps away from chipotle, panera, etc). Includes all utilities like internet, laundry, electricity, etc. Very, very safe. Has a gym, study rooms, ping pong table, etc. The management people are superrrrr nice.
Overally, excellent. But it is pretty expensive for a studio ($958 a month). It does include everything though. Still expensive. The room is pretty small. So the biggest disadvantage is that its very expensive for a studio. The biggest advantages are everything else.

Triangle Apartments
I like the proximity to the school, everything is included in the rent, and I have never had an issue with security. The rent is rather expensive, and parking is about $95 per month.

Triangle towers
They have two different buildings (tower 1 and 2). I have lived in both of them. A studio in tower 2 and a junior 1 bedroom in tower 1. Tower 2 is more updated, but most of the building is undergrads. Tower 1 is very outdated, but good price for the size space. It’s a 5 minute walk to school. Great if you like to roll out of bed into class. Maintenance can take a while, but it gets done eventually. One of the cleaner/well kept apartment complexes I’ve seen in the area.

Triangle Review
I was initially attracted to the triangle because of its proximity to the school. It is also close to many restaurants, a museum, gym, grocery store, school bookstore, as well as many other places.

Cute apartment/good management
This is a cute little apartment run by a good management team that addresses issues promptly. Apartments are a little on the small side (especially the kitchen) compared to some more spacious apartments in Cleveland Heights but it works for me. I think it's worth the price for the convenient location that's close to school and restaurants. The one issue that's sometimes annoying is that my apartment can get really warm in the winter. The apartments have central A/C but management told me that on my side of the building, the hot water pipes aren't as insulated so they leak heat. Besides that, it's a great place to live.

University Circle Reviews
Close enough to campus buildings so there was enough light that I felt safe enough, but once I left campus, felt a little more alert.
University Circle is THE hub for cultural activity in Cleveland. The Cleveland Museum of Art is my favorite place in the Circle. It has fabulous permanent exhibits and brings in wonderful temporary exhibitions. The museum hosts social events that are perfect for young people more than once a month. The Circle also contains Severance Hall - home of the Cleveland Orchestra, the Cleveland Botanical Gardens, the Natural History Museum, and more!
The area is fairly safe as it is heavily patrolled by UCPD and Campus Police. Ambulances frequent the area to get to the hospital, but that is the only noise complaint I've ever heard of.
I couldn't be happier about living right in University Circle during law school.
There is a grocery store that is very convenient and also the normal college campus chain restaurants like Chipotle.
