Pet Lovers Paradise

I live in Triangle Towers with my cat and I am constantly blown away by how attentive the staff is to my needs and how well they take care of my kitten whenever I go out of town. I travel a lot for business and to visit family, so using a private pet sitter could get expensive. Fortunately, Triangle Towers offers pet sitting for free, which is the greatest service I have ever experienced in any apartment community in the US!

Great value for downtown Bethesda

I have lived here for over a year and a half and I love my apartment. Even though I technically live in a studio, the apartment is huge at over 700 square feet, larger than most one bedrooms in the DC market. The management genuinely cares about its residents and I always look forward to being greeted by the front desk staff when I come home from work. But hands down, the one factor that has made me stay so long is their pet policy. Not only is there not pet fee or deposit, but the pet rent is very reasonable, and best of all, they will pet sit your animal for you whenever you go out of town for no additional charge. Truly an invaluable service for residents who travel frequently.

Amazing place to live

I've had a great experience at Triangle Towers. Management and staff have been extremely friendly and approachable, the building and surrounding area feels safe, and the price is a great value. The units are actually pretty spacious, which is hard to find in the DC area. Living in Bethesda has been excellent (tons of nice restaurants, places to shop, and public transit options).

Student living in Triangle Towers

I LOVE living at the Triangle Towers. I am a GW medical student and living in Washington DC Metro are was just way to expensive. For a much lower rent, I am able to live in a MUCH nice apartment with a LOT more space. The management is incredible helpful and I highly recommend living here. Commute isn't so bad. And there are plenty of places to eat in the close vicinity. I'll definitely live here for the next 4 years (at least) while in school.

About Bethesda

Bethesda is technically located in Maryland, but it's more of a DC suburb and is not far from campus. There are grocery stores, department stores, and other suburban necessities within a 5-10 minute drive. Many bars, restaurants, and additional shopping are also close by. Despite all there is to do,...

Getting around Bethesda

Bethesda Reviews

I absolutely love living in Bethesda and I'm so glad I ended up living here. If you're wanting to live somewhere that's walkable, and where you don't need a car, then Bethesda just might be your place. I will note, it is more "city" esque so if you don't like that feel, then maybe it isn't the place for you (that's the only reason why I took off a point was because of the occasional noise, especially in the mornings). But I absolutely love the walkability to all the shops, restaurants, grocery stores, farmers market, etc. I really couldn't ask for much better.
The neighborhood is a long way from campus (25 minutes on the metro), but it is very livable, with everything in quick driving distance. I love having a grocery store, a Target, and other suburban necessities within a 5-10 minute drive. This isn't possible if you don't have a car because the metro isn't walking distance, but there is a bus stop and it is bikeable. It's pretty quiet since the apartment itself is situated in the middle of an office park, which is nice. Plus, there is a very nice, upscale mall about 3/4 of a mile from the apartment. It's a good walk to get out and about on a weekend for a weekend lunch and some shopping.
I am a single mother with an older dog that requires constant walking. I’ve never felt unsafe at any time of day or night. It’s a family friendly town for sure, with lots of events happening right downstairs from me!
Safe area and close to many restaurants and shops as well as the metro and grocery store- Giant across the street. Trader Joes is close by as well along with Safeway and CVS. Main con would be parking for guests but there are public garages that are free after hours on weekdays and free all day on weekends.
Bethesda is a great place to live. Close to the metro, lots of restaurants, some bars, and some shopping! Still a few great, local mom and pop shops, although the bigger commercial stores are moving in quickly! ( Williams & Sonoma, Pottery Barn, Kate Spade, etc.)
The Metro is about a 10 minute walk, but the Circulator will take you there or to two grocery stores. There are so many restaurants, nail salons, and hair salons in this area. It's really not very noisy considering the fact that this is a busy downtown area.
Much quieter than Bethesda row, and it feels much more like a neighborhood without sacrificing proximity to amazing restaurants. The main negative is the walking distance to the Metro, which is not bad at all if the weather is nice.
I love Bethesda. It’s a family area.
