Updated amenities, perfect location, and friendly staff!

I couldn’t be more pleased with the building, location, or maintenance. I’m a quick walk to the metro and tons of restaurants, shops, and even a movie theatre. There are also plenty of lovely hotel options within a two-minute walk for when guests come into town. It’s about a 15 minute drive to AU during peak times, but there’s convenient parking located right in the building so driving is definitely an option if you don’t want to use the metro.

Good place to live

Good location around lots of little restaurants and bars makes for convenient living. Nice gym and amenities as well as door man which makes residents feel safe and provides access to services. Nice finishes and appliances in apartments. Pet friendly!

Bad Management

This management company has been unprofessional and unreliable. The building has also experienced may hot water issues and things not working OFTEN (garage door, elevators, etc.) It has been non-stop since I moved in almost 1.5 years ago! disappointed.

Over priced and poorly managed

This building is in the best location but the management is horrible! We constantly have hot water issues that have been unresolved for 18+ months, the finishes are cheap and the management company is unprofessional and makes you feel like you work for them!

Prime downtown location

I've really enjoyed my time at Bainbridge Bethesda so far. Location is ideal considering that I work on Wisconsin Ave. near the Bethesda metro station. My commute is a breeze :) the property itself is very nice. New, well appointed. Rent is pricey but you can't expect much less being right in Bethesda.

Bainbridge Bethesda

I love the apartment complex. Everything is very modern, the amenities are great, and the staff is excellent. Although the space is small, it is really well put together and modern looking. The rooftop pool and gym are top notch, and the staff host many resident events and get togethers!

About Bethesda

Bethesda is technically located in Maryland, but it's more of a DC suburb and is not far from campus. There are grocery stores, department stores, and other suburban necessities within a 5-10 minute drive. Many bars, restaurants, and additional shopping are also close by. Despite all there is to do,...

Getting around Bethesda

Bethesda Reviews

I absolutely love living in Bethesda and I'm so glad I ended up living here. If you're wanting to live somewhere that's walkable, and where you don't need a car, then Bethesda just might be your place. I will note, it is more "city" esque so if you don't like that feel, then maybe it isn't the place for you (that's the only reason why I took off a point was because of the occasional noise, especially in the mornings). But I absolutely love the walkability to all the shops, restaurants, grocery stores, farmers market, etc. I really couldn't ask for much better.
The neighborhood is a long way from campus (25 minutes on the metro), but it is very livable, with everything in quick driving distance. I love having a grocery store, a Target, and other suburban necessities within a 5-10 minute drive. This isn't possible if you don't have a car because the metro isn't walking distance, but there is a bus stop and it is bikeable. It's pretty quiet since the apartment itself is situated in the middle of an office park, which is nice. Plus, there is a very nice, upscale mall about 3/4 of a mile from the apartment. It's a good walk to get out and about on a weekend for a weekend lunch and some shopping.
I am a single mother with an older dog that requires constant walking. I’ve never felt unsafe at any time of day or night. It’s a family friendly town for sure, with lots of events happening right downstairs from me!
Safe area and close to many restaurants and shops as well as the metro and grocery store- Giant across the street. Trader Joes is close by as well along with Safeway and CVS. Main con would be parking for guests but there are public garages that are free after hours on weekdays and free all day on weekends.
Bethesda is a great place to live. Close to the metro, lots of restaurants, some bars, and some shopping! Still a few great, local mom and pop shops, although the bigger commercial stores are moving in quickly! ( Williams & Sonoma, Pottery Barn, Kate Spade, etc.)
The Metro is about a 10 minute walk, but the Circulator will take you there or to two grocery stores. There are so many restaurants, nail salons, and hair salons in this area. It's really not very noisy considering the fact that this is a busy downtown area.
Much quieter than Bethesda row, and it feels much more like a neighborhood without sacrificing proximity to amazing restaurants. The main negative is the walking distance to the Metro, which is not bad at all if the weather is nice.
I love Bethesda. It’s a family area.
