Small but cute
Too expensive!! It's small and in a bad part of town. Parking is horrible and it costs an arm and a leg. However, the security is not bad. We have had no issues or break ins considering the part of town we live in. They do accept pets for an extra 100 dollars a month.

Good Location, In a few years
Location is up and coming and so far so good. The price is a bit higher than one would expect for this location. Everything is nicely done, no problems with management or maintenance. Only complaint is the cost of rent here at $1800 for 1 bedroom could be less.

Great location, noisy neighbors
Love the location, all necessities are accessible by foot and and red line is close by. Only issue is the loud neighbors at all hours of the night when coming home from all the great drinking spots in DC. The complex is pet friendly wtih my cat and dog, the parking spots are abundant and secured. Overall this is a nice complex for young professionals in an up and coming part of DC.

Great place to live
I personally love the trilogy apartments. The management is responsive and nice. The amenities are pretty awesome - washer and dryer in unit, dry cleaning service, shuttle bus, pools in two buildings, and gardens in each building. There are some things I would like to change i.e shuttle schedule, however, NOMA is a great area to live in. It is developing fast and close to H Street. There are other apartments right down the block so I don't feel isolated. I do wish we could change the grocery store to a Giant or a Wholefoods. The Harris Tetter is not great.

Trilogy is a great place to live
Living in the Trilogy Noma Apartments has been great. The Apartments are spacious and the property managers/resident life team are awesom. The trash valet service is very convenient and keeps my apartment from looking crazy. I also enjoy the the proximity of the building to the metropolitan trail. Its been super convenient for runs

Can't wait to move
I have been living at Trilogy for 2 years. When I first moved, I was living in the 151 building and it was great. Clean, quiet, convenient. Then I moved into a 2 bedroom in the 200 building and its awful. The hallways constantly smell bad. Its loud. Numerous times I've called the elevator in the morning only to have it open up and be covered in pee or vomit. One morning there was diarrhea in hall for several hours. The BBQs never work. The pools are open Memorial day to Labor Day but they don't have enough seating. Dealing with the leasing office is usually a complete nightmare. On a positive note, gyms are nice and the maintenance staff is great.

Solid building in NoMa
New buildings, solid amenities. Management sucks. Relatively quiet. NoMa is up and coming which is nice, but it seems to be slow moving right now. Not many restaurants or bars. Solid proximity to metro and Union Market. Quick bus to U Street area. Good dog park.

Great for Pet Owners!
I've absolutely loved living at Trilogy so far! Best bang for your buck in the city when you factor apartment size, price and proximity to metro. In the up-and-coming NoMa area.
Residents vary but you'll find a typically young crowd. Residents actually utilize the amenities, which is nice.
It's particularly dog-friendly and have the shortest breed restriction list we saw - major selling point.
Though the price may seem high, they are always running EXCELLENT specials which reduce the cost dramatically. Definitely recommend.

Trilogy
Trilogy building is nice, but not near much. It's in walking distance to a Harris Teeter, Au Bon Pain, Starbucks, and CVS. Trilogy isn't a very social building so you rarely meet people. The pools are nice to lay out at. The main building is very nice. The gyms are small but you can get a good work out in there.

Beautiful building
A gorgeous building, great amenities, and right by a metro! Unfortunately the neighborhood is not quite there yet, as there aren't many restaurants around the area and you do have to go "out" to enjoy a night out. That being said, the amenities are amazing so you don't really have to leave!
