Solid location and incredible amenities

I love the gym here and the location is great, because I don't have to get on the highway/deal with traffic to get to school. It's a decently safe area and has lots of space for me to walk my dog, as well as walkable to coffee shops/restaraunts etc. It's a bit farther from school but I like the separation and didn't love Midtown. Would recommend a top floor unit or second floor because the concrete will help reduce noise from upstairs neighbors (or no upstairs neighbors at all!). Management is terrible but I rarely have to deal with them anyways.
