Broadstone Centennial
This community is new and is located in One City very close to school. There is an ERose, Avo, Sump Coffee, a Pilates studio and Pastaria right outside your door with more coming. There are many events throughout the year in One City concerts, craft fairs etc… and then they have the Sandbar with volleyball!! You are also walking distance to Centennial Park. The community has a secure parking garage and I always felt safe here. It took me no more than 7 mins to drive to campus which I loved. My apartment was wonderful, high end appliances and a soaking tub, I loved it. Overall I really loved living here and would live there again. I would definitely add them to you list if you want a safe, beautiful space to live with great parking and amenities, plus all the great little shops at your door.

Not bad
I LOVE my apartment and have not personally had a lot of issues, but I know people who have. The building management is not really on their stuff and things are disorganized. You really have to be on them for any maintenance/service requests.

Broadstone
Broadstone centennial is a brand new building so it was really nice to live in a place that was modern and clean. The only downfall is that the office staff is not very responsive should you have an issue/no notice of maintenance coming (I’ve had them come in when I was taking a nap bc I didn’t answer the door!) overall the building is super safe and has great amenities but if you have an issue in your unit I’m not sure how promptly/professionally it would be handled
