Good location, lacking in good management

I have lived in this apartment for 2 years, and while management was good initially, with the renovations and construction taking place, management has not been as transparent or clear with tenants about expectations around the construction project and seems to be actively falling behind with the deadlines they established.

Fine, but not great

Older apartment (currently being renovated) but has no issues. Management is responsive to requests and also proactive with upkeep of property. Sadly, have had multiple items stolen (later returned but damaged)/broken into from places on/in property that only tenants have access to. Management did not do much. Only living here temporarily for proximity to school.
