Don't live here

I lived here for 14 months and I would not recommend it to anyone. At first, it was fine. They have good amenities and everything looks great but as I lived there longer, I came to realize that the management was so disorganized and careless. The apartment and the surrounding area was not taken care of well. The other residents are rather noisy and the lobby on the weekends was so chaotic. They also gave us no instructions about move-out. I don't even think they knew that our lease was going to end. There is also no convenient parking. You have to pay for public parking. There were good things that this apartment but I would say that the bad things heavily outweigh the good things.

Great building, not great management!

Overall the apartment is great and I will probably live here again next year. It's a 5 minute walk to the law school, has an amazing rooftop hangout area and pool, and is very spacious, modern, and clean. The only thing is that the people who work in the office downstairs are not very good at their jobs. If you ever need anything you have to remind them 3 or 4 times. However, they are pretty good about maintenance stuff. They address those issues right away (I have only had one thing that I needed help with and it was very quick.) A major plus is having an in unit washer and dryer so you don't have to pay extra for it or leave your clothes anywhere. You do have to pay utilities but mine has never been more than $60 a month which includes electricity, water, trash removal, etc. Also, being right down town it is super nice to have a concierge downstairs monitoring if people come in without a resident. I have never felt unsafe here and I new to the area female, living alone!

Recommendation with Caveat

The actual apartment building is beautiful and in the best location downtown. The amenities are outstanding - but the management team here is awful. They can’t do anything right. If the apartment building and location wasn’t so perfect I would not recommend living here. I’ve had tons of problems with the management.
