Loring Park

It’s a short commute, good parking, and the units are all very updated.

Management is great, they are attentive and remember your name. Only a block away from the downtown campus. Secure entrances with a secure package room and mailroom. Beautiful courtyard with BBQ grilling area, fire pit, and tons of patio seating. Clean gym with little to no traffic. Just keep in mind living near the gym is not great due in part to everyone throwing down their weights, causing loud noises and shaking of the walls. The walls are thin, especially if walking in the hallway you will hear loud noises whether it's music or someone having their TV on. The community room is updated and very clean.

Management is genuinely great, rent prices are very reasonable for location. If you want to be walking distance from campus this is probably the furthest I'd recommend walking if you are a woman.

I absolutely love living at Loring Park Apartments. My roommates and I are all law students and have lived at Loring Park Apartments all three years of law school. The management is so helpful and welcoming. We know our apartment managers on a first name basis and they are willing to print for us when the printer is down, deliver stuff to our door, and accommodate our needs anyway they can. The apartments here are nice and clean and have the amenities that a law student may need, including a community room, nice gym, and climate controlled underground parking! The maintenance staff is also wonderful. Also, I forgot to mention that we live one block from the law school. We LOVE living here.

I have thoroughly enjoyed living at Loring Park Apartments. The Apartment is well managed and responsive. Service needs are usually attended promptly. I have found the community kind. I have lived here for three years and have had instances were neighbors were upset with noise or some baffle with damage, but all of these instances were handled smoothly and ultimately resolved. I have no complaints!

2 blocks from campus, an incredible management staff, and decently affordable.

The apartment is right on Loring Park, putting you in easy proximity to lots of activities, great bike facilities, and major bus routes. Parking in the neighborhood is a nightmare, so pay extra for designated parking. The apartment was old and outdated. Very dirty, one room always smelled like cat urine no matter what we did (we do not own pets). At times, the bathroom above us would overflow its water pipes and flood down from our ceiling. I think that's finally been fixed. But for two bedrooms at this price in the neighborhood, I'd do it again.
