Great location, otherwise mediocre
Very close to 70 bus line (campus to downtown), but the building management is not very responsive.

New Building, Quiet Neighborhood
We live in a reverse loft which opens up onto a quiet alleyway. The building is fairly new, and the fixtures are modern and efficient. Because of the floor layout, the apartment has tons of storage space beneath the stairs. My only complaint: I can hear my neighbors. It's usually manageable, but sometimes I can be very frustrating.
