Pretty good
Caroline W is a pretty sweet place. Rent is estimated by your income which is pretty great. I wish we had laundry in our apartments instead of coin operated. Parking is pretty bad around here. We don't have reserved spaces for parking in our building, it is street parking, so that can become an issue. Management is incredible and helpful.

Great
Management is amazing. I wish we had better parking. The area can be sketchy but then again it is Seattle. The public library is literally a block away which is awesome. Bus routes are really close. VERY convenient. It would be great if we had our own parking instead of street parking.
